Congratulations and thank you for booking a Milestone Mini Session!

This is going to be fun!!

Our next steps are:

1- Getting to know you! I start every relationship with a quick 15-minute phone call to help me learn more about you and your loved ones, to help me best capture what makes you YOU.

2- Within the next 2 business days you'll be receiving a link with a contract to sign, and a Welcome Guide with FAQs and tips for planning for our session.

3- As we get closer to the date I'll email you details about our location. (It'll just depend on where the best fall color is that week!)

Session fees are nonrefundable and Mini Sessions only occur twice a year, however in the event you need to cancel, you can apply your mini session fee toward the balance of a full portrait session.

What to expect?

This'll be a quick 15-minute session for you and (if applicable) your immediate loved ones* to update your photo collection!

*If you'd like to include extended family and/or pets we'll need a bit more time... contact me and we can apply your session fee toward a full session and reschedule you to a day when we'll have enough time to capture everyone.

Just be yourself and have a good time. No need to worry about posing... I'll position you and give you any necessary directions as we go. There is quite a bit of snow at our location, so dress accordingly!

It's all about you!

In our phone chat I'd love to learn about your most recent milestones and joys, and anything else that you'd love to capture in your photos. Please feel free to share with me any special requests, worries or preferences that you have for your session!

What should I bring to my session?

Nothing is needed, however if you have certain props or memorabilia that have special meaning for this milestone, by all means bring them!

What to wear?

It's all about feeling good and loving your look... dress like yourself, but use this as a great excuse to treat yourself to a new outfit, pair of shoes, item of makeup, or hairdo... whatever makes you feel amazing.

Try to coordinate outfits rather than super-duper-matchy-matching (i.e. avoid putting everyone in the exact same white polos and jeans to help each person's individuality shine).

Can I bring my pet or extended family members?

Not for the Mini Sessions, but I'd love to schedule a full session with you AND your other loved ones in the future! Or if there's availability, some clients like to book 2 Mini slots in order to add the grandparents/additional family members into the photos.
